Our Mission
The mission of the Yellowstone County Continuum of Care is to support our partners in creating sustainable pathways to safe and stable housing for people who are at risk of or actually experiencing homelessness in Yellowstone County by facilitating community conversations and promoting collaborative projects
Our Partners
The Continuum of Care is a coalition of dedicated leaders joining forces to re-imagine our homelessness response. Our coalition includes members from the Healthcare sector, City & County Representatives, Housing providers, Treatment providers, and Support Service providers
